Tuesday sees the course being used for the Clearwater Qualifying Round where approximately 70 golfers will compete for four places in the final PGA field. Our own Anthony Doyle is attempting to qualify and tees off at 7.48am and any support around the course would I am sure be gratefully accepted. We wish Ant all the best in his efforts.
On Saturday Board Member Glenn Bongartz played with Canadian professional David Moreland IV who has played on the US PGA Tour for a number of years. Notwithstanding the late rain I understand Glenn thoroughly enjoyed the experience. No doubt Glenn and Douglas will be out and about the course during Tuesday!!
