Clearly the Christchurch Ladies are leading from the front in the inter club competitions!! On Monday in cold southerly conditions at Avondale our Women's 36 hole Bronze Division team emerged as winner 4/2 over Templeton. Congratulations to Heather Harman, Phillippa Foulds, Leigh Thevenard and Gill Sinclair it was a well deserved victory!! Unfortunately our Simon Team struggled a little at McLean's Island eventually succumbing 6/2 against a strong and competitive opposition on their home track. Ant Doyle has posted a full report on the website for those who what to read more. The next task facing our young team is they travel to Templeton where they will seek to notch up a further win and move up the points table.
